Fly To Sky Establishes the FTS Center for Sustainability Research & Advisory

Fly To Sky Charity Network officially establishes the FTS Center for Sustainability Research & Advisory (FTS CSRA), marking a new milestone in its efforts to conduct research, provide advisory services, and deliver specialized solutions in sustainable development, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, social and governance (ESG), and social impact measurement.

On October 13, 2026, the Members’ Council of Fly To Sky Charity and Community Development Support Social Enterprise Company Limited issued Decision No. 131002-QĐ-HĐTV/FTSC-26 on the establishment of the FTS Center for Sustainability Research & Advisory. On the same day, the Company Director issued Decision No. 131001-QĐ/FTSC-26 on the implementation of the Center and the promulgation of its Organizational and Operational Regulations.

The Center’s English name is FTS Center for Sustainability Research & Advisory, abbreviated as FTS CSRA. It is a specialized unit under Fly To Sky Charity and Community Development Support Social Enterprise Company Limited.

Under its Organizational and Operational Regulations, the Center is responsible for research and development (R&D); providing strategic advisory services on sustainable development, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and environmental, social, and governance (ESG); conducting surveys, analyses, and assessments of current conditions; designing and supporting the implementation of community initiatives and social responsibility programs; and developing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems to measure social and environmental outcomes and impacts.

In addition, the Center develops research, advisory, assessment, training, technical assistance, and knowledge transfer products and services. It also develops indicator frameworks, methodologies, tools, and digital solutions to support the management, monitoring, and evaluation of program and project effectiveness. The Center is also tasked with managing, operating, and developing FTS Impact Lab — a platform designed to support the development, monitoring, and impact measurement of community initiatives, CSR, and ESG programs.

Beyond providing specialized solutions for businesses and organizations, FTS CSRA also serves in an advisory and supporting capacity for research, knowledge management, data standardization, and impact assessment activities within the Company, Fly To Sky Charity Organization, and other units across the Network.

The establishment of FTS CSRA reflects Fly To Sky’s strategic direction of connecting scientific research, specialized knowledge, and practical community engagement. Through this approach, Fly To Sky aims to promote evidence-based sustainable development initiatives that can be measured, evaluated, and deliver long-term value to society.
